1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a VPublish account and are responsible for activity under your account, including manuscripts, bookings, and purchases made through it.
2. Subscriptions and payments
Author and reader subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until canceled. Done-For-You packages are billed per the terms agreed at purchase. Sponsored placement fees are non-refundable once a campaign has started running.
3. Content and certification
You retain ownership of your manuscripts and creative work. By submitting a title for certification, you confirm the accuracy of the provenance information (Human / AI / Hybrid) you provide for each component.
4. Marketplace and Academy
Bookings made through the creative marketplace are agreements between the author and the service provider; VPublish facilitates payment and scheduling but is not a party to the underlying work agreement.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misrepresent certification provenance.
